WholeBody Movement is about teamwork. Teaching the whole body to work synergistically to create movement that helps to control and sometimes alleviate pain, increase balance and stabilization, while developing increased blood flow and circulation throughout.

Yoga Basics for Pain Management
Learn basic yoga poses that are specific to your needs. The class is small and interactive, perfect for those who may be interested in pursuing a yoga lifestyle, and those who are looking for simple ways to help manage chronic pain.
Focusing on upper body, back, shoulders and neck. This class is designed to reach deep skeletal muscle tissue, by doing so, we are able to increase flexibility and reduce muscle tightness caused by stress/chronic pain/chronic illness.
Rebuilding & Reviving
If you are feeling like a person who is at the bottom of their activity ladder and needs a boost up, this could be the class for you. A gentle approach to movement before, after or during chronic pain, chronic illness, cancer treatment, or any life event that may have kept you down. Join us for a fun and easy step back towards your movement goals.
Private training should be unique to you, your needs and your goals and at Cenes Therapeutics it is!
We start with a free consultation to talk about your goals and create a plan of action. The first visit will consist of a battery of assessments ranging from balance to structural stability, in order to create a starting point and a scale to measure results. And since this training is geared towards your goals; your assessment will reflect that. For example if you are interested in controlling back pain it is not likely that we will test to see how many jumping jacks you can do, but we will look to see how your body responds to doing a squat.
Your private training program is designed to teach, strengthen, and inspire.
Exercise should be enjoyable; doing the things that you like to do, should be able to be done with a minimum of pain, if any.
